The Overlook HOA Board is excited to announce that we will be incorporating online voting for future HOA matters. This new process will provide a convenient and efficient way for residents to participate in community decisions.
To ensure we can legally implement online voting, we must compile a list of designated email addresses for eligible voters. If you wish to participate in online voting, please complete the form (which can be done online) and submit it to Braesael as soon as possible.

If you do not wish to vote using online voting, you may still participate in elections using traditional voting methods. Residents will continue to have the option to submit ballots via mail, email, or in person, depending on the designated voting process for each election.
