Overlook HOA | New On-Site Braesael Staff at Clubhouse
The board is excited to announce that we now have an on-site Braesael representative! Brittany Hall will be working out of the clubhouse every Tuesday and Friday from 9am – 5pm. Some of her duties will include meeting vendors and contractors, assisting with bi-weekly drive throughs, regular walkthroughs of the paths and docks to identify maintenance needs, helping to coordinate ACC requests, working with residents on clubhouse bookings and lost key fobs, and much much more!
Brittany will work in collaboration with Eric Mattes, who will continue to be our lead community manager with Braesael, as well as with the Board and the ACC Committee.

“Hello, I’m Brittany Hall with Braesael Management, and I’m the new admin for Overlook. I’ll be on-site here at the neighborhood every Tuesday and Friday. My role is to assist homeowners with ACC requests, including visiting your property to take additional photos if needed or if you have any questions about the information required for your requests. I can assist you with your fob requests, clubhouse rentals as well as accept payments with a provided receipt. I’m here to help. My goal is to ensure all Overlook homeowners are well taken care of, so feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.”
