Are we required to have our drives a curbs cleaned? I’ve seen a few blackish ones.

Are all homeowners are allowed walking access to trails?

Is there a definitive answer in the founding documents whether all homeowners are allowed walking access to trails that lead to boat docks? I have been told by more than one boat slip owner that only boat slip owners are allowed on these paths, yet I see maps of the paths posted here.
