“I think this established covenant policy is unknown and understandably surprising to many Overlook Residents. Please consider adding to list.
Overlook Docks are off limits to the Public BUT can Overlook Owners and their guests use our Overlook Community docks to walk on, fish, swim, party, sun bath?
Surprisingly no. Overlook though commonly called Community Docks are exclusive use of Boat slip owners and their guests.”
I don’t find the website very user friendly. Can we post the calendar of events on Facebook, also who’s using the clubhouse for what and when? Etc
Mailbox information including the vendor in the ALGs. It would also be great to make available the schedule D reference in 4.12 of the ALGs. References to Meck solid waste for trashcan repair and appliance pickup. Draw attention that boat trailers must have a sticker.
This map is awesome. What could be improved is it marked with the trails and docks by adding what Michelle posted.
An easy to find map of the walking trails. New comers to the neighborhood should find easily identifiable access to walking trails and/or pet stations.
I feel like once a week i see someone post asking for recommendations on lawn care, landscaping, house cleaning, etc. Most of the time several neighbors all give the same rec. Would be great if this was all in a list somewhere that we could refer to rathern than asking 1 by 1
