Someone asked me today about the maximum tree size you can remove without ACC approval. The answer is in the FAQ under the ACC section:
🔗 Do I need approval to remove a tree?
To summarize:
✅ No ACC approval is required for:-
Tree pruning (limbing)

Trees 2” or less in diameter (measured 2’ above ground), not in the lake buffer
-
Replacement of 4 or fewer shrubs
The goal is to maintain our natural canopy as much as possible. When in doubt—always request ACC approval!
